How do your consults work?
Our consults are all carried out over email. We can arrange phone or video calls if requested, however, we found that providing owners with a questionnaire to fill in, on their own time has been beneficial for all! Once we email your questionnaire, and you return it filled in, I can get to work on your plan. We may contact you again to discuss certain aspects or gain more information.
What qualifications do you have?
I am qualified in canine nutrition, with a distinction in Level 3 Canine Health And Nutrition Diploma. I also have qualifications in Canine Holistic Health & Therapy Diploma (Distinction), Canine Nutrition Diploma (Distinction).
I am also continuing to improve my knowledge and qualifications. This year I am studying another level 3 canine nutrition course. Please be assured I will continue to study and complete more qualifications throughout my career.
Can I use your services instead of a vet?
No, my services or advice are never intended to be substituted for veterinary advice. I can not give medical advice as I am not a vet. I can however help your dog's poor health via nutrition.
Are your plans beginner friendly?
Yes! I specifically design my plans to suit all levels of knowledge. Your personalised plan will contain a wealth of knowledge, broken down and explained in a way that is easy to understand for all.
You will also receive work packs as part of your consultation. These works packs come with a quick and easy guide (for example step by step how to transition to a raw diet, which products to use etc)
This document lays everything out in a simple way.
You will also receive an in-depth version, where everything is explained in detail, with links to further reading (for example Information on the history of a raw diet, why we use certain meats, why the gut is so important etc)
So there are options to suit everyone!
If I book will you tell me to feed a raw diet to my dog?
No! Each dog is individual, what works best for one may not work best for another. I will suggest what I feel is best for your dog, which could be a raw diet. I do believe most dogs will benefit from a raw diet, so it is likely I will suggest it as an option. But I always include other options such as a cooked diet, or a mixed diet including as much fresh on top of things like kibble or wet food. I can work with your preferences to help your pet.

Do you offer discounts on your consults?
Yes! We regularly offer discounts and promotions on our popular plans. We always have our “Double Deals" on offer, which are two consults for a discounted price! We also share discount codes with anyone subscribed to our mailing list!
Will you send me spam if I provide my email for your mailing list?
No! We only ever email you about your consultation if you are booked in. We may also send out discount codes and offers via email, but we do not send spam.
Do you work with any of the brands that you recommend?
I do not have any direct affiliation with any brands that I recommend. All of my information on food, treats and supplements is completely unbiased. Should I ever work with any brands in the future I will be sure to let everyone know and update this. Be assured I would only ever work with brand that I one hundred percent trust and recommend to clients already.
